The participation of Palestine Polytechnic University in the MED-QUAD project in the workshop organized by the Italian University of L'Aquila. The project aims to enhance cross-border cooperation based on the quadruple spiral model of innovation, through the establishment of live laboratories that bring together the scientific cadres of the university and local authorities. Relevant in the process of adapting the use of digital applications and applied research in monitoring and controlling water quality and exploiting the local cultural heritage for fruitful interaction between the actors in this framework and strengthening the role of the university in supporting the local digital economy.
