18/10/2022 The instructors of the Hebron Agriculture Directorate, in cooperation with researchers from Palestine Polytechnic University, carried out a field day in Beit Einoun, during which irrigation water was evaluated and a number of measurements and indicators of water quality were taken to assess its impact on the health and quality of agricultural products. This activity comes as part of the MED-QUAD project funded by the European Union, whose most important objectives are cooperation between the university and relevant public sector institutions. The workday also included another activity that revealed some pests and diseases that affected the grape crop and instructed the farmer on the proper ways to prevent them.
